Williams reveals radical new livery for 2021 car

Williams is the penultimate team to reveal its 2021 car, the FW43B, with Ferrari being the only team yet to launch publicly.

The new car features a radically redesigned livery with only the front half retaining the white base from previous years. The rest now has a blue stripped section covering the whole of the engine cover and side pods.

Although Williams retain their driver line up with George Russell and Nicholas Latifi being partnered for a second year, the team will see big changes this year as it is their first full season under the new management of American investment firm ‘Dorilton Capital’ and without the Williams family being involved as they stepped away when Dorilton took over.

2021 will also see the return of 2009 world champion Jenson Button, who made his F1 debut with Williams in 2000, as he will take on an advisory role at the British outfit.

2021 car launch dates:

Mclaren – 15th Feb
Alpha Tauri – 19th Feb
Alfa Romeo – 22nd Feb
Red Bull – 23rd Feb
Mercedes – 2nd March
Alpine – 2nd March
Aston Martin – 3rd March
Haas – 4th March
Williams – 5th March
Ferrari – 10th March
