Ferarri has launched its 2018 F1, the SF71H, which features a new all red livery with white highlights.
The car was revealed at the teams Maranello base in Thursday with drivers Vettel and Raikkonen present as well development driver Daniil kvyat and Ferrari protege Antonio Giovinazi.
The car features the familiar Ferrari red with a smaller white highlight the what they have used in recent years.
According to Ferrari’s technical chief Matia Binotto, the car is an evolution of the 2017 car which held a title challenge until problems hit late in the season.
This can be seen in the new sidepod and bargeboard area which is similar to what was ran on the SF70H. The engine is also an evolution but with a focus on reliability gave the issues that ended Ferrari’s title hopes last year.
He also said that the Scuderia has adopted the longer wheelbase design that Mercedes had in 2017.
