The tyre choices for the upcoming Belgium Grand Prix have been revealed and it shows that Red Bull and Mclaren have gone the most aggressive with 9 sets of ultrasoft tyres for all 4 drivers.
Despite Belgium being the longest track on the calendar and one of the most demanding in the tyres, Pirelli has elected to go with soft, supersoft and ultrasoft tyres.
And whilst most have gone for 6,7 or 8 sets of the latter Red Bull and Mclaren have gone with the most. With only the Red Bull’s, Williams and Vandoorne taking one set of softs.
This could mean that we will see more than a one stop race for most at Spa unlike previous races this year.
